This course will provide an in-depth look at some of the powerful reports that are available in Dentrix Enterprise. You will learn how to set up and run the reports according to the needs of the clinic, read the reports and understand the information that is presented. Reports such as the Day Sheet, Practice Analysis, Production Summary, Provider A/R and several others will be discussed.
Session 2 Friday 1:20-3:20 PM
This course will provide a description of Line Item Accounting, the accounting principle that governs the Dentrix Enterprise Ledger. This course will help you understand the relationship between posted procedures and payments that have been allocated. The course will teach you what reports are useful when dealing with line item accounting. The Provider Revenue report will be discussed to show how it relates to line item accounting. This course will help you better understand how the Dentrix Enterprise Ledger works.

Take the Suspense out of Suspended Credits | Mr. Jason McKnight
Have you ever wondered where suspended credit comes from? This course will provide the answers. You will gain a better understanding of the relationship between insurance estimates and suspended credits, why suspended credits happen, what reports are useful for tracking of suspended credits and most importantly, how to properly allocate suspended credits once they happen.

New Features Overview/What is in the Pipeline | Mr. Jason McKnight
This course will provide an introduction to the exciting new features of Dentrix Enterprise 5.0. Participation in this course will provide you with the opportunity to help shape the look and feel of the future releases of Dentrix Enterprise.
Session 5 Saturday 10:20 AM-12:20 PM
This course will demonstrate the various Electronic Services that are available to all Dentrix Enterprise users. Products such as the Insurance Manager, Electronic Claims, Quickbill, Web site design and others will be demonstrated. In this course, you will gain an understanding of how Electronic Services can benefit the clinic without costing additional man hours.

This course will focus on all the different note fields in Dentrix Enterprise. In this course, you will gain an understanding behind the intent of each note field. If note fields are used as intended, they can be a powerful tool in the clinic's behalf. A better understanding of the reports that include these notes will also be gained.
