Where is the Dentrix Business of Dentistry 2010 Conference taking place?
The Conference is being held at the Red Rock Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada. You can find out more about the Red Rock Resort at www.redrocklasvegas.com.
Who is the Conference for?
It is designed for the entire dental practice team. There will be courses for the Dentist, Office Staff, Dental Assistants, Hygienists, Administrators, Dentrix Users and Dentrix Enterprise Users. If you want to contribute to the success of your practice, the Business of Dentistry is for you!
How do I register?

How much will it cost to attend?

Can I register on-site at the Conference?
Yes,on-site registrations will be accepted.
Do I have to choose my sessions when I register?
Yes, this will ensure that you have a registered seat in your selected sessions in case the session sells out.
What registration options do I have, and what does each include?
An initial attendee is the first attendee from a specific practice. The registration price for an initial attendee starts at $1095 and can include several discounts where applicable. Each additional attendee from the same practice can register as an additional attendee for the price of $595 with no additional discounts.
Can I make my hotel reservation when I register?
No. Hotel reservations must be made directly with Red Rock Resort. To arrange your accommodations with Red Rock Resort, please call 866-767-7773. Be sure to mention the promo code RCIHSD in order to receive the guaranteed rate. The deadline to receive the guaranteed rate is May 19, 2010 and is based on space availability.
When is the Early-Bird registration deadline?
The deadline for receiving Early-Bird registration prices is 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on April 30, 2010.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations and refund requests for your registration and selected courses must be submitted in writing to Henry Schein Practice Solutions. Cancellation request must be received by May 8, 2010 to be eligible for a refund. A $100 non-refundable cancellation fee will be applied to all approved cancellations. No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received after May 8, 2010. Registrations placed after May 8, 2010 are ineligible for a refund.

If you are unable to attend, you are encouraged to substitute another individual in your place. Failing to attend the seminar without prior written communication to Henry Schein Practice Solutions will result in a 100% non-refundable cancellation fee for each no-show participant and no certificate or credit will be issued to attend future meetings or seminars. CE credits will not be issued for courses not attended.
