Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be received by June 15, 2012 to be eligible for a
refund. Registrations made after the June 15 deadline are not eligible
for a refund. No-show participants are also not eligible to receive a refund of
any portion of the registration fee. CE credits will not be issued for courses not
attended.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. You may email your cancellation to
businessofdentistry@henryschein.com
or fax it to 801-847-3650. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for the refund to
post to your credit card. If you are unable to attend, you are encouraged to substitute
another person in your place to avoid the cancellation fee.
NOTE: You must cancel room reservations directly with the Red Rock Resort by calling
866-767-7773. Room cancellation fees will apply if the cancellation is made less
than 48 hours in advance.
